Terms of Service

Personalised name stickers, made to the design you build on this site. Because each one is made for you, the words on it are the words you typed.

You choose the names, spelling, capitals, fonts and colours, and the preview shows you what will be printed. Please read it before you order. We print exactly what's on your screen, so a typo you approve is a typo we print. If we make the mistake — wrong design, wrong size, printing fault — we'll replace it free.

Personalised items generally can't be returned once they're made, because nobody else can use a sheet with your child's name on it. That's the norm for custom work and it's the norm here.

Before we've printed it, email mark@stickervicar.com and we'll cancel and refund you.

If it arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. That applies whatever the paragraph above says, and it isn't affected by anything else on this page.

Item prices are shown as you shop. Sales tax is worked out from your delivery address, and delivery is charged separately — both are shown at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay anything.

We may change prices, but never on an order you've already placed.

Don't order anything abusive, hateful, hurtful, or designed to harass a person. We can decline an order and refund it if it falls into that.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. If someone else uses your account, we'll assume it's you. Tell us if you think it's been taken and we'll help.

We try to keep the site working, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a bug. If something we did costs you money, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the order in question.

Nothing here removes rights you have by law as a consumer. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you ordered.
