Refunds & Returns
Last updated 27 August 2026
Everything here is made to order with somebody's name on it, so this can't work like returning a jumper. Here's exactly what we will and won't do.
Before we've printed it
Full refund, no questions. Email mark@stickervicar.com and if it hasn't gone to print yet we'll cancel it and put the money back.
We usually print within three business days of your order, so the sooner you tell us the better.
If we got it wrong
Wrong design, wrong size, a printing fault, letters cut off, colours nothing like the preview โ we remake it free, or refund you. Your choice. You don't have to send anything back.
Tell us within 14 days of it arriving. A photo helps but isn't required.
If it arrived damaged
Same thing โ remake or refund, within 14 days, and you keep whatever turned up. Damage in the post is our problem to sort out, not yours.
If the spelling is wrong
This is the honest one. You type the names and the preview shows you exactly what will be printed, so a typo that goes through is a typo we print. We can't refund a correctly printed sheet that says Sofia when you meant Sophia.
But tell us anyway. If we haven't printed it, we'll fix it for nothing. And if we have, ask โ a reprint at cost is usually better for both of us than a customer who feels stung.
If it never arrived
Give it 14 days from the day we posted it, then tell us and we'll remake and resend it. We won't make you chase the post office.
See shipping for how long an order normally takes.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card you paid with โ we can't send it anywhere else. Once we process it, your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it. That part is out of our hands, and it is not us being slow.
Refunds include what you paid for delivery when the fault was ours.
How to ask
Email mark@stickervicar.com with your order number and what went wrong. A person reads it, and you'll hear back.
